Can I use the OV Cash Card with Samsung/Google Pay?

The OV Cash Card is only compatible with Phone Pay within our app on NFC enabled Android devices – it cannot be added to Samsung Pay, Google Pay, or other third-party phone-pay wallets on Android devices.
