In order to locate your OV Valet using the OV Loop App, please do the following:
- Open the OV Loop App
- Tap on the “Pay With Valet” menu option on the main screen
- Tap on “Find Device”
- Tap on “Ring OV Valet” in the pop-up menu
The OV Loop App gives an approximate location of the OV Valet when the location menu is on display to assist in locating the device if you cannot hear it, or it is in another room.
