Brand support is facilitated through OV Chat. To talk to a specific brand, do the following:
- Open the OV Loop App
- Navigate to OV Chat via the bottom bar
- Switch to the “BRANDS” tab in OV Chat
- If the brand you wish to speak with is not listed on this page, tap the conversation icon in the top-right corner of the screen
- Browse for and tap on the brand you wish to speak with
- A ticket and chat window will be automatically generated and pulled up for you to submit your questions
