Where can I find brand support?

Brand support is facilitated through OV Chat. To talk to a specific brand, do the following:

  1. Open the OV Loop App
  2. Navigate to OV Chat via the bottom bar
  3. Switch to the “BRANDS” tab in OV Chat
  4. If the brand you wish to speak with is not listed on this page, tap the conversation icon in the top-right corner of the screen
  5. Browse for and tap on the brand you wish to speak with
  6. A ticket and chat window will be automatically generated and pulled up for you to submit your questions
