The OV Cash Card is an FDIC Insured, reloadable account utilizing our next generation privacy rewards payment system. As such, there are new compliance requirements that we must meet, changing the way our card and top-up systems work:
- The OV Cash Card does not support top-up via debit card payments
- The OV Cash Card requires ACH transfers for top-up, which necessitates the use of a linked bank account
The OV Loop App utilizes Plaid for linking bank accounts and our top-up system. Plaid is a long-standing FinTech and Financial Service company that provides industry standard, trusted account management features.
